At DIY Life Today, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Eligible for Returns

  • Unused items in original packaging
  • Items with manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items received
  • Damaged items (reported within 3 days of delivery with photos)

Not Eligible for Returns

  • Items used or installed
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned after 30 days

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us First: Email info@diylife-today.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Ship Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to the return address provided.
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Important: Please do not ship returns without first obtaining authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow:

  • 5-7 business days for us to process your return after receiving it
  • 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (depending on your bank)

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or variant. Contact us at info@diylife-today.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect
  3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
