Accurate Measurement Results

To use this moisture detector, simply insert the two pointed pins into the object you're measuring, about 5mm deep, and the device will save display the measurement results for you. This moisture meter for drywall has measurement range of 0 to 99.9%; Resolution: 0.1%; Accuracy: 0.5%. You will be assured that the data you collected is accurate.

Avoid Moisture Buildup 

Prevent moisture buildups such as molds and mildews in any areas of your home or materials you are using with this moisture test. This humidity tester is suitable for measuring moisture levels in wood, carton, medicinal materials, floor, paper, concrete drywall, cotton, cardboard, and so on.

Operation:

Caution: The electrode measurement pins are extremely sharp. Users care when handling this instrument. Cover the pins with the protective cap when the instrument is not in use.

Measurement Instructions:

1. Remove the cap to expose the needle electrodes
2. Power ON the Instruments.
3. Select the appropriate wood calibration scale A, B, C, or D (See the Wood Calibration Tables later in this guide) Using the "WOOD" button.
4. Or Press the “PAPER/WALL” key to Choose Paper Mode or Wall Mode. Paper mode is used for testing Cardboard/Cartons. Wall mode is used for testing Sheetrock/Wall Board/Floor.
5. Push the needle pins into the material and observe the reading.
6. Power OFF the instrument.
